Welcome to the SCFA/AAUP homepage

The Santa Cruz Faculty Association (SCFA) is a collective bargaining chapter of the American Association of University Professors (AAUP). We have the authority to negotiate over locally determined terms and conditions of faculty employment at the University of California, Santa Cruz. We must also be consulted over systemwide changes to faculty employment conditions, and use this right to benefit all Academic Senate members at the University of California.
